All is for to bloom

Postby organizational on Fri Jun 09, 2017 1:22 pm

hello guys

want to share my current thoughts,

I think the life is about regeneration.so it's nature is about refreshing.
so how do we refresh our selves.the key word here is being fresh.
by non-thinking we keep staying fresh.if the logic is based on 0 and 1
this means mind is in peace in non-thinking.

When we keep the mind stay fresh it blooms like in the spring and we become.
In the ten bulls at stage nine it is said "I observe the forms of integration and disintegration".I think here means of being freshing.

so, by staying fresh we bloom.enlightenment is about blooming i guess.
and i want to end with basho's
Not last night,
not this morning;
melon flowers bloomed

any thoughts welcome

I would not neglect physical practice. Mental and spiritual states and conditions depend so much on this, and can be determined by this. Attend a yoga class?, or some other fresh activity one might not be very familiar with. Or re-start an activity you are familiar with. Staying with the new or old activity can keep a person fresh.

Good food is important.

Having engaging friends is also.

I haven't mentioned typical spiritual or religious practices, but if you have a Zen Buddhist teacher, or another teacher, you might pose your question, "how do we refresh our selves", to that teacher and attend well to the answer.

best, Enver!, and wishes for a good Summer, there,

O-
I missed this, it's beautiful.... it captures spirit.... always changing, always blooming... naturally like a flower. ofc, we use imagery to express the inexpressible... still, it moves my soul. still, it's fresh!

Bassho speaks of it also.

and, here's a poem which we often read aloud as a group at sesshin:

The Place Where We Are Right

From the place where we are right
flowers will never grow
in the spring.

The place where we are right
is hard and trampled
like a yard.

But doubts and loves
dig up the world
like a mole, a plow.
And a whisper will be heard in the place
where the ruined
house once stood.

Hmm, is that a negative way to phrase it, or a positive way?

Regardless, my suggestion and hope is that renewal for all can come from not neglecting physical practice.
Diet, good sleep, good recreation, all also come to mind. There are many resources! :Namaste:
