org'l,

organizational wrote:reading the Turkish translation.

Interesting! (I recently enjoyed the documentary movie, "Kedi", featuring the streets cats of Istanbul).

(at home I have a Turkish Angora cat, and a Turkish Van cat [swimming-cat, from Lake Van] ).

Thanks for sharing the very interesting reference to the book on Chin. symbols. BTW, it looks like a V-E-R-Y large book!

w/ best rgds,

org'l,

By the way, is that a photo of yourself in your "avatar" photo?

For the longest time, I thought it was the American actor Peter Graves (he played in the TV series "Mission Impossible", for example).

Below is a photo of Peter Graves. I think there's a similarity, so you can see why I was puzzled for a long time wondering why you might be using "his" image. My mistake!, I think.

This puts an entirely different face on it. ;)

from the book:

Sorry, for the translation i made.

Currently reading it.
so i will share the issues that I find interesting by in order.
The first interesting point
"Mao Zedong called 'ice bear' the Soviets when he was talking about them.
It takes Bear instead of the Wolf in the Chinese version of "Little Red Riding Hood" tale."

Aha, Leslie Nielsen. So I was doubly (or 3x?) wrong. Thanks for straightening me out. So, does that fellow look like you?

Best health wishes for your Cousin,

The Spanish artist Picasso is given to have said:

"Art is a lie that reveals the truth".

ps (hmm, we "might-could" say the same about practice, too, in that, if it is a placebo, it is nonetheless efficacious if pursued correctly with energy and regularity).

Mountain

3-i'm reading the mountain topic. There is a painting (picture) here.
Name is "Exploring at the Mountains
I wish I could share the painting.
For to give you a sense:
its dark, misty,a round shape mountain on one side(that seems like a cloud), a stream(river) in the middle and a few trees (obviously manifest with its branches
and leaves)

very beautiful.
i need a scanner to be able to show
