The water/well thingy is a metaphor, why affirm a direction?

How sad that people ignore the near
And search for truth afar:
Like someone in the midst of water
Crying out in thirst,

Dig it?

Schrödinger's and Nansen's cat play together in the after/here life, free of the vortex.

Well, the mail arrived here on this Saturday morning, and it was rather a sparse haul. Just two items -- magazines.

But, coincidence? Synchronicity?

See the two howling Primates!

(I don't know how many outside -- or inside! -- the USA follow Presidential electoral politics and campaigns, especially so early in the long, dragged-out, process as it has become. Well. here's a diptych. That's for sure! )

Things happen fast!

Coincidentally (?), a friend just emailed me a heads-up about an internet "phenomenon" related to my posting the diptych above, and referring to Paul Krugman's blog, or piece in THE NEW YORK TIMES on August 11 (2015). Of course, it's all just a little bit silly. But nobody ever said it wasn't! ;) I post her text below: --Joe

"...you may have heard of the new popular internet activity,
"cat-trumping". You brush the cat and collect its shedded fur, then arrange the fur
on its head in imitation of a certain so-called politician. Then photograph and
post the photo online. Here is an example which Krugman posted on his blog."

I used to get my politics from the Colbert report and the Daily Show.

I'll be missing the fun for sure.

Thanks Chris but I never read or follow the news, I just happen to hear it from folks talking about it and on occassion and I pretend to listen, while I'm really laying on my back on the cold beach sand being stuck in emptiness :PP:

Have you seen last week tonight with John Oliver yet? (hbo)
I never saw it since my download schedule is already full to the brim with tv series

speld.nl looks too silly btw, it's filled with made up items.

Yeah I preferred him as correspondent too, the "over the top act" only Americans can pull that off, never sure if it's acting with them or just conditioned culture. ;)

Well another great "news show" is BBC's Russel Howard's good news, check that out if not familiar.

Current running fav. tv-series is Ray Donovan btw, great show.

Chris,
I'm on thin ice here.... I haven't had TV in 25 years... I've seen the two John and Jon's on FB a few times... never mind what he wants.... get bigger.... It's a bit like Bernie going to the Bible Belt to talk to students, to go beyond. That's a move toward relationship which I admire.

Hello back, I guess everybody is fine here. Not much playful thinking over here in Europe, though, at the moment, the papers are full of panic because of the refugee crisis.
